- We are a provider of quality handling services, passenger handling, ramp handling, load control and operations, cleaning and toilet and water services, to more than 25 international and domestic airlines flying into South Africa. Since March 2008 BidAir Services we have handled in excess of 500 000 flights.
- During our first year of operation (2008) we were awarded the ACSA “Feather Award” for Airside Service Provider of the Year at all six airports at which we operate.
- This was the first and subsequently only time that a single service provider has held all six awards simultaneously!
- All services are carried out in accordance with the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM) procedures and recommended practices.
- The BidAir Services Quality Management Plan covers all operational aspects. This plan has been developed and implemented internally and has been adopted as a standard by all BidAir Services units.
- Furthermore, we offer a comprehensive charter and meet and greet services throughout South and Southern Africa which can cater to the most discerning of people.
- Our sister company BidAir Cargo provides comprehensive cargo handling services as well as a well-developed cargo outsourcing product that has been adopted by a number of domestic and regional airlines.
