In this job you will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance other as deemed necessary for SACAA purposes and issuance of certificates in accordance with legislation. Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries; organising your manager’s diary and making appointments; dealing with letters and emails; writing letters and producing reports and presentations; arranging meetings; organising and maintaining office systems; taking notes at meetings; making travel arrangements looking after visitors Acting as office manager and supervising other administrative functions

Ensure appropriate communication within SACAA and with
external clients.Customer Interface:
Project a satisfactory image of the SACAA to all customers
in dealing promptly with telephonic, mailed or personal

Legislation Administration:
Provide administrative support with information data and records.
Process operation manuals and amendments.
Update database regularly.
Control fees and applications.
Issuance of IPS, FOP, AOC, ATO numbers, etc.

General Administrative Functions:
Develop and maintain a proper filing system; screen and classify documents; track documents; accurately retrieve information as and when required.
Coordinate functions and meetings.
Arrange domestic and international travel.
Manage the control of all consumables and liaise with the
Procurement Department regarding stock.
Prepare and assist with departmental meetings.


A minimum grade 12 qualification
