Would You Like To Become A Community Manager For Kulula?
|As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for advocating the Kulula work (KW) brand on social networks and to act as the face of the brand, connecting with its followers, sourcing new leads and converting into new customers, in order to grow revenue for Comair.|
|Key Performance Areas||To maintain and build relationships with kulula work followers and relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to grow the KW network base.
Ensure that all KW online customer queries received are responded to / forwarded internally and are satisfactorily responded to within agreed time-frames.
To monitor and report on online enquiries and reviews within allocated timeframes in order to monitor progress and enhance online exposure.
To support the implementation of KW campaigns as created by Marketing/ Ad Agency.
|Requirements||• Grade 12 (Essential)
• Tertiary qualification in Digital marketing/ sales/advertising/ public relations or related field (Essential)
• 3 years’ experience in managing social media platforms or communities for brands (Essential)
• Experience in managing a customer database (Desirable)
