Client & Passenger Account Consultant
 
The successful candidate, reporting to the Manager Operations Services will be responsible for the following:
  • Understand client’s strategy, operating model and specific needs.
  • Implement the relevant client engagement program to meet the above.
  • Conduct Passenger services and execution of Customer Care Policy and Procedures.
  • Manage effective clear communication, information and education regarding facilities, services and products.
  • Drive programs to improve ASQ results and passenger satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure real-time monitoring of and responding to customer needs i.e. Transfer passengers, delayed flights, passengers with special needs.
  • Proactively support clients and provide relevant information/ guidance regarding airport market.
  • Manage contract implementation and operation according to agreed parameters to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor quality assurance of inspections and operational reviews.
  • Manage risk processes and procedures and verify controls are in place.
  • Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organizational goals and implement remedial actions where required.
  • Provide input, analyse,develop and submit various reports.
     
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Business Administration /Customer Relations or equivalent prior learning and experience based on job requirements within, the position.
  • 3-5 years’ airport operations experience essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Code B driver’s license.
  • Fast knowledge on immigration, customs and port of health laws.
  • Knowledge of IATA and ACI service standards.
  • Knowledge of ICAO Annexure 9 and 12

This position calls for an individual who has good communication (verbal and written) skills. The candidate must be diplomatic, adaptable and able to demonstrate good judgement.  Must be politically astute, be able to manage negotiations as well as demonstrating good planning and problem-solving skills.
