Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, is looking for Contact Centre Agents for their British Airways brand in Johannesburg. The Contact Centre Agents will be required to perform daily telephony and administrative tasks to fulfill the customers reservation requirements
Key Performance Areas • To service booking requests from customers
• To perform all administrative duties
• To build relationships and liaise with internal and external parties in order to integrate feedback and provide workable solutions and initiate change.
• To comply with internal policies and procedures in support of the company’s maintenance of IOSA license.
Requirements • 2 years experience in the travel or customer service industry (Desirable)
• Grade 12 or equivalent N3 qualification (Essential)
• 12 Months travel and tourism or similar relevant training (Essential)
GDS System Training Native (where manual entries are inserted) (Essential)
• Amadeus (Desirable)
• Domestic Fares and Ticketing (Desirable)
• International Fares and Ticketing (Desirable)
