In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Commercial Manager – Khartoum. You will be in-charge of all office and HR coordination for the station.
You will coordinate all payroll information to the local social bureau and provide a range of HR services to a number of assigned departments. You will also ensure that HR services are dispensed in an effective manner and according to QR procedures and Sudan Labor Laws.
Furthermore, you will provide administrative support, warrant of contracts implementation, benchmarks and renewals according to Head Office procedures to ensure smooth function of Khartoum Town and Airport offices.
You will need a Bachelor degree (preferably in HR and/or Employment Law) combined with a minimum of two years of job-related experience within an HR and administration capacity. Prior exposure to airlines or within the travel industry would be advantageous. You will be an effective communicator with sound organizational and planning skills. An ability to deal with confidential information and perform your role with tact and diplomacy are essential.
You will need to be fluent (written and spoken) in English and Arabic.
