About This Job
The main purpose of the Customer Experience Supervisor is to be directly involved with all customer interfacing activities within the airport environment, whilst acting as the fastjet representative for all operational and service queries by Handling Agent staff and customers.
Providing a welcome and informative service to all fastjet customers.
Assisting all customers with particular enquiries.
Ensuring all boarding areas are up to the fastjet standard.
Ensuring all arrangements for customers with special requirements are provided.
Assisting with any disruptions should they occur.
Supervising the effective handling and management of any ancillary sales.
Maintaining the effective communication and reporting with the Commercial and Ground Operations Management teams.
Minimum requirements and Experience
Hospitality/Travel & Tourism Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Airline/Airport Ground Operations qualification or working knowledge.
Five years’ experience in airline customer service and/or airline sales activities
