Would you like to be a Customer Experience Supervisor for Fastjet?
Our Customer Experience Supervisors are responsible for supervising customer interface activities within the airport environment, acting as the fastjet representatives and ensuring that the highest levels of customer service management are maintained at all times.
Must have a minimum of 5 Ordinary Level subjects including the English Language (or equivalent)
Must be a holder of a professional qualification in Tourism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
A soundtrack record in customer services and/or airport operations is also acceptable.
