Purpose of The Job

The job purpose for this position is to provide the Group Marketing department and Wholesale with web development and DTP and marketing assistance.

Key Accountabilities

Web Development

• Development, programming and maintaining of Wholesale businesses websites.
• Maintaining of HR Onboarding and Exit website.

Social Media

• Set up and run social media platforms for Wholesale businesses.
• Create content for social media platforms to increase company visibility.
• Assist with monitoring communications through platforms and answer accordingly.

DTP and Marketing Support

• Assist with the design / updating of internal and external material.
• Assist with the design and layout of print and digital adverts.
• Creating / updating / formatting of new documents and presentations.
• Assist with the manipulation of photos.
• Assist Group Marketing and DTP as required. 
• Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3 years web design and programming experience
• Previous social media marketing experience
• Graphic design experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CMS, such as WordPress
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS
• Proficiency with design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Person Specification

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships quickly and manage relationships well, both in person and remotely.
• Highly skilled in attention to details.
