Manage the Group Flight Safety Programme.
Manage incident / Accident investigation.
Ensure safety reports are maintained effectively to promote safety in the Group.
Develop and maintain a safety culture.
Liaison with regional safety managers.
Overseeing of regional aircrew training.
Liaison with regional training managers.
REQUIRED MIN.EDUCATION / TRAINING
Qualifications in flight Safety and flight accident investigation.
Must hold or have held a commercial pilots license.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, email, Internet).
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 20 years work experience in aviation.
Must be able to travel.
Preferably have held a flight instructor rating and preferably have managed a flight training programme.
Detail orientated, organised, methodical and good communication skill.
Ability to work under pressure without loss of accuracy.
Ability to pace oneself and prioritise demands.
Strong sense for attention to detail.
