Applications are invited from suitably and qualified and experienced candidates for consideration for the position of Technical Training School Instructor that has arisen within the Air Zimbabwe. The successful candidate will be reporting to Team Leader (Technical Training School)
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)
Responsible for compiling and producing training notes, examinations and the delivery of required instructional lessons.
Responsible for the presentation, invigilating, and marking of progress tests and examinations during the course of their instruction.
Responsible for the upkeep of attendance registers, absenteeism reports and examinations records.
Responsible for the good discipline of students within the classroom, Training School premises and any other place of instruction.
Responsible for the proper care and handling of Training Aids
Monitors apprentices On The Job Training and evaluates their Performance
Attends courses as necessary in the furtherance of their professional or trade qualifications
Ensures classrooms are clean and well prepared prior to the commencement of instruction.
Carries out any relevant task allocated by Administrator Technical Training.
Adjust and is Flexible to syllabi changes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum five (5) ‘O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English.
Knowledge of aviation procedures
Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance
CAAZ Basic and or AME type License.
Must be computer literate
5 years post apprenticeship experience.
