As a Job Management Practitioner, you will be required to translate structure and job architecture findings into operational HR implementation requirements ensuring that all roles are fully operationalised.

Key Performance Areas

  • To translate architecture related information into HR Operational requirements
  • Administer and maintain Comair’s job architecture as well as relevant HRIS systems
  • To build and maintain relationships with other HR Departments and Line Management

Job Management Practitioner Requirements

• Grade 12 (Essential)
• Tertiary Qualification in HR/ Industrial Psychology (Essential)
• 2 years’ full function* experience in any two of the following areas (Essential):

– Job analysis and profiling
– Workforce/ manpower/roster planning
– HR Data management (coding, mapping, reporting)
– Structure design and/or implementation

• With experience working as an administrator on an HR Information System (Essential)
• One year additional Experience (Desirable)
• VIP Experience (Desirable)
• HR Project Management Experience (Desirable)

The following functions would be included in Full Function Experience:

Designing/Updating Job Profiles
Designing/Updating Organograms
Designing Organisational Hierarchy based on Org structures
Position/Job Management on HRIS
Workforce/Operation/Manpower/Roster Planning Data Management
Implementation of structural changes on HRIS
