Purpose of The Job
You will be responsible for leading and managing the team responsible for revamping and developing the FFP program.
You will be responsible for defining the operational model for the FFP scheme including but not limited to how customers “Earn and Spend” Miles.
Additionally, you will work with relevant teams to develop Arik’s CRM procedures to ensure customer relations.
