The incumbent will be responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of people and Organisational Development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisations’ strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required, as well as enhancing staff skills and competencies by managing the Performance Management System through developing systems, standards, procedures and providing support in the implementation of the system across the organisation.

•Executes Human Development processes by facilitating & presenting induction and orientation programmes;
•Designing & coordinating the implementation of career pathing methodologies;
•Establishing & building relations with strategic partners & service providers;
•Performs Organisation Development initiatives by providing input in the development & implementation of Organisational Development strategies;
•Design and deliver Organisational Development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the company ambition to be a high-performance culture where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm;
•Responsible for the company’s job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs;
•Conducts performance management by overseeing the development and implementation of the Organisational wide performance management program and provides advice and recommendations to management and staff;
•Serve as the primary electronic performance management system administrator;
•Establish and maintain both internal and external customer relationships;
•Gather information and data required for the compilation of the division’s annual budget;
•Provide on-going training or refresher courses in collaboration with the Training & Development coordination on Organisational Development processes;
•Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the position as well as a comprehensive performance management reports library as well as policy writing;
•Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner.


•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Or ;
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a Major in Human Resources Management;
•A post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management, major in Organisational Development or Performance Management will be an added advantage;
•Five (5) years of job related experience and two (2) years in a senior position of Organisational Development or similar experience in a Human Resources department;
•Sound knowledge of principles , methods and techniques of human resources administration related to the area of performance management and Organisational development;
•Sound knowledge of the Labour Act as amended.
