PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The incumbent will be responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of people and Organisational Development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisations’ strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required, as well as enhancing staff skills and competencies by managing the Performance Management System through developing systems, standards, procedures and providing support in the implementation of the system across the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Or ;
• Analytical thinking and problem resolution ability;
