Your main duty will be to plan, coordinate, manage and lead the implementation as well as evaluation of a variety of Public Relations and Communications programs in order to develop, strengthen and maintain Airline’s competitive outlook, customer base, positive public and stakeholder image of all its operations and products.
Advises and guides Departments on all matters related to communication and stakeholder relations
Minimum Education Required
A recognized university degree in communications and Marketing, social sciences and equivalent or a requirement.
Postgraduate qualification related to the field will be an added advantage.
Professional: at least 8 years post qualification experience of which 6 years should have been at senior management level.
Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.

Provide expert communication, advice, and assistance across the Airline

Develop, review and approve all internal and external corporate communications to ensure that strategic and management objectives are met, and appropriate communication is dispensed to employees and stakeholders.
Develop and coordinate the implementation of a comprehensive public relations and media communications strategy to facilitate competitive positioning and positive image of the Airline’s to advance its strategy, business goals and mission;
To oversee the delivery and management of Corporate Communications, regulatory relations, and customer satisfaction surveys.
To drive and ensure efficient delivery of the Airlines Public Relations activities;
To play an essential role in plans developed to grow the company, develop an innovative brand and activities
