PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To effectively manage all sales administrative support to the global sales force. To ensure timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders and speedy performance of all deliverable actions that enable revenue generation in a cost-effective manner.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Provide support to the field sales staff i.e. daily requirements from global sales force including but not limited to FOC utilization, sales training support, sales database maintenance, BJF’s and all IT related requirements, duty travel processing / iLearn facilitation and induction day tours.
  • Resolution of all procurement issues on behalf of the outstations
  • Set up of all Head Office sales purchase orders and monitoring payment outcomes
  • Handling of all duty travel requirements for the Head office sales organisation
  • Ensure current and up-to-date information, contact details, policies and other vital information for the global sales team.
  • Coordinate all sales conferences, regional meetings, training, FAM trips and other workshops as required
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the Trade and Corporate deal and incentive agreements for all countries to ensure full compliance with EY governance and documentation requirements.
  • Oversee the timely payment of all incentive agreements for all countries and the effective communication of the outcomes with sales management, finance and revenue accounts.
  • Ensure all sales data changes and updates are fully reflected in all deal databases and relevant stakeholders updates including revenue accounts and pricing.
  • Oversee all joining formalities and provision of infrastructure and equipment for new joiners.
  • Be a central point of revenue integrity and sales to coordinate with field offices and ensure timely actions are taken on ADM’s raised in WRS to avoid unnecessary ADM’s in BSP.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
     
  • Candidates holding a degree or relevant professional qualification: No prior relevant work experience required
  • Candidates not holding a degree or relevant professional qualification: 2 years of relevant work experienceSKILLS
