•Execute activities related to market development and sales of the airline’s products and services within Namibia. •Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning. •Financial Management. |

Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS•Degree in commerce or equivalent qualification.
•3 (three) years general experience in the airline industry with exposure to all relevant functions. •Must have a driver’s license (Code B) and own transport. COMPETENCIES•Excellent sales, marketing, customer service relations and retention strategies. •Ability to weigh up a wide variety of potentially conflicting factors regarding complex situations and to make decisions with minimal consideration time, but with potentially serious consequences. •Team leadership skills (to lead from a base of expertise). •Innovative/Creative thinking. •Figures orientation. •Analytical Thinking. •Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. •Problem-solving abilities. •Assertive, negotiation skills. •High integrity and commitment to works ethics. •Conflict and hostility management skills. •Strategic orientation. •Relationship building. •Well versed internationally.
