About This Job
You will be reporting to the Manager: Training Administration and be based at Head Office in Bonaero Park.
• The successful candidate will be required to travel to the SACAA for the submission and collection of SACAA documentation.
• Scanning and moving of scans into the correct folders
• Copying of documentation
• Liaise with the Finance department (hand in all invoices timeously)
• Binding manuals
• Laminating documents
• Preparation of classrooms for instructors
• Answering calls and taking messages
• Ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time Requirements
• Grade 12 • Valid South African driver’s licence
• Computer literate
• Able to use Microsoft Office suite i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Previous administration experience will be beneficial Personal Attributes
• Must be able to work well under immense pressure
• Proactive self-starter capable to function on his/her own without supervision
